Birthdays are important things. Especially after being kidnapped and held hostage by "evil" people. There is cake and ice cream and presents and fun. Which is what a young girl should have for their sweet sixteenth birthday. So, Alexander went and found Mel, holding a small box wrapped in silver paper.

Smiling, he bows to her, and when he stands up he's no longer dressed as a scruffy reject from the Lord of the Rings, but instead as respectable looking human being. His hair is even tied back neatly.

Offering her his arm, he says, "Shall we then?"

Mel giggles a bit at the bow, but looks a bit impressed by the new clothes. Not because she didn't think that he couldn't do it, but because she thought he wouldn't.

She takes his arm, and says "Hell yes."
