"NICK!" Alexander roared, as he stalked to the guest room, one trembling Prince Sameth in an iron grip. Right then he was beyond cranky, he was furious. This was something that he hadn't shown around Nick before, but right then he was pissed beyond belief and it showed. There was a definate, palpitable aura around him that spoke of thunderstorms and other natural disasters that would soon come to pass.

"I told you not to go through any doors, didn't I?" He looks worriedly at Alexander, hoping he doesn't plan on doing anything bad to his friend.

"It was open..." A crack. He glances at Alexander who looks spitting mad and likely to kill at the slightest provocation. Or seriously maim.

"I think you should apologize."

"You're taking his side over mine?!"

"Well, it looks like he's going to do something incredibly unpleasant, Sam. It might be a good idea."

"I won't." he crossed his arms.

"Sam... he's going to do something horrid to you! Alexander, please don't, he's just being thick."

Oh look, there's a frog where Sam used to be.

"Alexander." Nick glares. "Change him back!"

"He's less trouble this way." He says, nudging the frog with his foot.

Nick picks him up and keeps him away from Alexander's feet. "He's my best friend. You can't just change him into a frog!"

"Well he shouldn't have been snooping around like he was," he said snippisly.

"Well, no, but you shouldn't have turned him into a frog."

"Would you have prefered a fungus? I could do fungus."

"You shouldn't have turned him into anything. Turn him back!"

"I let him into my home, all I asked is that he not go wandering about. He's lucky he's still a recognizable life form."

"Yes, he was being an idiot, but he's still my friend and you shouldn't have changed him into something."

"And why the blazes Not?"

"Because I'm sure there are other ways of making him learn his lesson."

"That comes latter. This was just me being pissy."

"I'm sure he'll have learned it quite well from this. Change him back."

"He's barely been a frog for five minutes."

"And I'm sure it's an incredibly unpleasant experience."

"Only if I were to try and dry him out."

"Please don't."

"I wasn't."

"Good. Change him back?"

"You'll have to keep a better eye on him if I do."

"I won't let him out of my sight."

"Fine. Though you may want to put him down."

Nick does.

And there's a Sam again. Considerably less froggy. He takes some steps very very quickly away from Alexander and draws his hands up, reaching for the Charter.

"Sam! Don't you dare!" Nick can tell he's about to do something stupid and moves as quickly as he can to grab one of his hands.

Sam struggles as his hands are grabbed, "Nick! Let go!"

"We're going back to the Nexus." He flashes a guilty look at Alexander and starts dragging Sam away.

Well, trying to, anyways.

"He's got you under some sort of SPELL Nick!" He alows himself to be dragged, because they're leaving the Creature's place.

"No, he does not. Stop being an idiot." Nick is very, very angry.

"He's not even human!" And Sam is very, very near hysterical.

"No, he's not, but that does not make him evil and it does not mean he has me under a spell!" He walks through the portal to the Nexus.
