Alexander looked at the girl and gave a sigh. She wasn't a Sue now, but the LOL's always wore off. It would be worse if she did live and turn back into a Sue. It was for the best. Really.

"What?" she asked. Reaching over to scratch at Alexander's ears. "It's very pretty here."

He locked eyes with Nick and jerked his head, indicating that now would be a very good time to go stabbity.
